2484 ซองจดหมายลงทะเบียน ส่งจาก กรุงเทพ ไป สหรัฐ ผนึกแสตมป์ชุด พระที่นั่งจักรี 15 สต.(#289) ประทับตราไปรษณีย์กลาง วันที่ 19-เม.ย.-2484 จดหมายถูกเปิดตรวจที่ Hong Kong และปิดผนึกด้วยกระดาษผนึกของทางการอังกฤษ ซึ่งมีข้อความว่า OPENED BY CENSOR, HONG KONG และประทับตราสี่เหลี่ยมเล็กหมายเลข 23 คาดไว้ สภาพดี F(1)
