1939 Cover from Bangkok to New Zealand by service of first flight England - New Zealand. Franked 1st. Airmail issue 2,3, 10 and 15 st.(#230-1, #233-4) to made rate of 30 st. Tied Bangkok GPO cds., dated 20-August-1939. Cover was opened and reseal with seal printed "OPENED BY CENSOR" and choped with text readed "PASSED BY CENSOR S.82". Reverse of cover showed Sydney cds., dated 24-August-1939 and Auckland cds., dated 2-May-1940. Very interesting especially duration of delivery from Sydney to Auckland which took more than 8 months F(1)
2482 ซองจดหมาย จากกรุงเทพ ไป นิวซีแลนด์ ผ่านบริการอากาศไปรษณีย์เที่ยวบินแรกเส้นทาง อังกฤษ - นิวซีแลนด์ ติดแสตมป์อากาศไปรษณีย์ชุดที่หนึ่ง ราคา 2,3, 10 และ 15 สต.(#230-1, #233-4) รวมเป็นอัตรา 30 สต. ประทับตราไปรษณีย์กลาง วันที่ 20-สิงหาคม-2482 จดหมายถูกเปิดตรวจ และปิดด้วยผนึกสีขาวพิมพ์ข้อความว่า "OPENED BY CENSOR" และประทับคาดด้วยตรา สีน้ำเงิน ข้อความว่า "PASSED BY CENSOR S.82" ด้านหลังทมีตราผ่าน Sydney วันที่ 24-สิงหาคม-2482 และตรารับ Auckland วันที่ 2-พฤษภาคม-2483 น่าสนใจมาก โดยเฉพาะใช้เวลาเดินทางกว่า 8 เดือน จากออสเตรเลีย ไป นิวซีแลนด์ สภาพดี F(1)
