1907 Siam Rama V Provisional – Fiscal issue in complete set of 3 values (#108-110) fine mint with Specimen overprinted. These postal stamps issue was revenue stamps of the Ministry of Justice surcharged “Siam Postage 10, 20 and 40 Ticals” in English only which Printed by Messrs. Gotte and Co., Bangkok. These high values were intended for use on packages of letters Chinese living in Siam to China, the total amount of surcharged for 10 Ticals = 5,050 stamps, for 20 Ticals = 2,484 stamps, and for 40 Ticals = 2,100 stamps, fine mint scarce.(3)
